November 2, 2024This product looked so promising, easy to instal with the advantage of increased insulation value. There are two additional pieces critical to properly install, these are the corners and drip edge for the top of the panels if installed as wainscoting or what I wanted which was mobile home skirting. Since I didn't have these additional pieces I cannot comment on fit, finish, or ease of installation. Size wise these would've worked well for skirting and installation is pretty simple. I think that the cutting of panels leads to waste and smaller transition pieces would be beneficial. (Straight edge to interlocking) the installation instructions are on the box which is smart. Also since I was only testing and evaluating, I did not permanently install the panels. At around $90 per panel these are a decent alternative to the flimsy skirting usually installed, but may be priced out of most people's budgets. I had opted to build mine out of pressure treated wood, and my wife loves the stained results. If our wooden skirting does not last we will probably replace it with these panels. The color was a good match and as mentioned, I love the additional insulation factor. Light weight and easy to cut if needed these are ideal for manufactured housing applications.

October 7, 2024I was thinking of using this on a flower box outside. It says the panels are safe for indoor or outdoor, weather resistant but because its composite board I decided to install indoor. I chose to spruce up my basement wall. Each panel fits seamlessly together, so you need minimal tools and you don’t need to be a skilled professional to install. I used a heavy nail glue and it looks beautiful. With a 25 year limited warranty it should last a lifetime. The dimensions 48.75” in height and 24.75” in width made it perfect for the area at the bottom of my cellar stairs. I had two panels, a total of 14.6 square feet to use and it was very easy to install. The panels are hand stained giving it a natural stone look, it’s so lightweight that one person can easily handle it on their own. For a beautiful natural stone look, low maintenance and easy assembly these panels are priced right and there available in a variety of colors and styles.

October 31, 2024I'll start by saying I was very impressed when opening this box. I thought this might have had some damage but they were in really good shape. For a foam panel these were attractive and seems to be more durable than some other foam fake stone compositions I've seen. This is very lightweight and with the design very easy to match and install. Completed this looks very good although I would be afraid to use these in a higher traffic area if had kids because I would be afraid of damage to the foam panel. Time will tell on that one though. The backing was easy to adhere with adhesive and stayed firmly in place, the panel does want to lay flat which made it much easier to install as well. The color in my photos isn't a very good representation of the color, I had bad lighting and couldn't get a good picture to capture the color. Promotional photos are a better representation.

October 7, 2024If you're looking for the authentic feel of real stone this product isn't for you. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative that applies quickly and easily this IS a product for you. Up close, you can see some brush strokes from the coloring process that gives it away that it is not natural stone. From a distance, no one will know the difference. This product is surprisingly sturdy and ding/dent resistant. It cuts very easily with a circular saw or a multi-tool to make plunge cuts to fit around receptacles and similar items. The marriage points between the pieces whether it is side to side or top to bottom are seamless and very difficult to figure out where they are when applied and installed correctly. Don't let the sticker shock per piece scare you away from this. The time savings alone is worth every penny.
