The only thing I like is the nude/rose color. I really wanted to love these shoes. As soon as they were delivered i noticed so many flaws out the box. Glue showing everywhere, creases and random large wrinkles, pieces of the rubber/sole sticking out like extra material, so weird! I was like this can't be straight from Nike?! So I instantly drove to a store over 20 miles to exchange them. And even then, the associate was very understanding of my complaints and showed me 3 pairs to choose from and they all had the same or worst issues! The associate then shares with me that he noticed that it's a common issue with dunks, that's crazy! I finally chose one that was decent and had to size up half a size cause of that... But now that I'm home, I try them one adjusting the laces how I like them, and noticed instantly how bad they crease on the shoe box area! Not even have completely wore them out yet. Insane how bad the quality is, my older dunks were never like this. I'm torn because i love the color so much. But might end up returning them.

I rated this shoe 3 stars simply because I received a display pair of shoes and they arrived dirty and the sole on the show is dingy looking. I compared them to my son's dunks and also to the ones in the store when I attempted to exchange them for another pair and the color of the soles were totally different. I was unsuccessful exchanging them in store because they didn't have my size but the lady did offer to clean them. Even with them being cleaned the color is still dingy and a bit off, maybe due to them being on display for so long. Overall I still love the shoe and the customer service department did give me a 20% off code towards my next purchase from Hibbett. I still have the shoes and will attempt to exchange them at another store before sending them back all together.

My 14-year old daughter went to change the size, she had the receipt, but an employee wouldn't change it to her, the employee scanned the shoes extensively and said they were not clean enough (althought they were never used because they didn't fit!). When I came back to the store the same employee simply changed the size without even looking at the shoes I was returning
That's ageism, my daughter was discrimination by her age and they took advantage of her. The shoes were brand new but there was a lot of people in the line so they decided just to say no to the teenager. When I went they just changed it and when I questioned them about what they did earlier they did not apologize at all.
