I tried the shoes on in store and thought I could make the size work, unfortunately they run really big (size down). I was told they could be returned to any location if I decided they did not work. Less than 12 hours later, I returned them. I just couldn’t justify $115 for shoes that would sit in my closet. I went to take them back and was accused of wearing one shoe but not the other. Turns out it was not my fault. The left shoe was the display. Staff was completely unprofessional had her manager, who was at home at the time, on FaceTime with a crying child in the background. Would never shop here again.

Unfortunately the shoes received were not same as advertised. They were supposed to have 23 embroidery on tongue (no embroidery was on them) and both shoes insoles were supposed to have AJ insignia and the pair we received only had it on one insole. Disappointing to say the least. Baby blue and white was advertised with these design details.

Very stylish and comfortable. I wear size 10. Ordered size 10. Kindy roomy but wear with thick socks. Sneakers crease pretty easy (as other reviews have mentioned). Otherwise, great purchase. Very happy!

I always get compliments on these shoes when I wear them. I would recommend half a size down but if you’re adding crease protectors, get your usual size. At the beginning they were harsh in my ankles but after about three wears they fit comfortably.
