GUYS!!!!! OMG... I had noticed only after I ordered this bag that the photos of the interior wasn't the brown color like in the video.. when I texted customer service asking if the one I ordered was the one with brown interior, they kindly informed me that the interior for this style was black and they didn't have the brown interior style in stock, and although I was sad about the minor change in the new style, I continued the order anyway. I was 10000% expecting to receive the bag with black interior like they said. THEY SOMEHOW FOUND THE ONE MY HEART WAS SET ON AND SENT ME THE ONE WITH THE BROWN INTERIOR!!! They actually went out of their way to make this happen for me! They actually care about your satisfaction, and over-delivered on their promise. BEST SURPRISE EVER AND SO HAPPY! Thank you to whoever went the extra mile!!! 10/10

I purchased this for my daughter as a Christmas gift, to say she loves it is putting it mildly! It's like she never puts it down, literally. I totally understand why as after I saw it in person I fell in love with it too. I wanted to get one for myself but go figure they raised the price so sadly I won't be getting one for myself now. One of the things we both love about this handbag is that despite this may be a small handbag, it holds a ton more than it looks. Even packing this handbag completely full, it is super lightweight. It is so lightweight that it doesn't cause shoulder discomfort unlike many other handbags. The leather material is very soft, the zipper glides like butter, and all other details are perfectly done. The gold-tone details are exquisite making it look even more luxurious. The quality of this particular handbag is why I love Coach. I know it's a handbag that will last my daughter a lifetime and yet will still be in fabulous shape for it to then be passed down to my grandchildren/great grandchildren one day. Definitely recommend this handbag and it's wonderful for all age ranges.

A TRUE diamond 💎 in the rough!! basically I don't believe in buying things from Coach outlet. I don't think the quality is anywhere near is a real coach boutique let's face it they're kind of kinky! However, not so much with the Terry silhouette I'm telling you guys right now it's such a good little structured bag. It's not too small it's not too big it's perfect gets everything you need in it but stops you from taking unnecessary stuff. I get all my coach bags usually in signature canvas. However, I might try some leather a bougie chick what can I say buy it don't hesitate I especially think the one is gorgeous with the strap is that part chain part leather , yeah I did get the one that's khaki the original khaki color with cerise however, it's more like a magenta then it is a hot pink or fuchsia definitely not as bright as the one in the pictures kind of a disappointment at first, but when you take it out in the light baby, it's a beautiful color you're gonna love it can't go wrong with this bag is so stylish

My package was delivered at my front door. I am disappointed about how my bag was wrapped and packaged in the box. There was a hole in the package box and at first I thought someone tried to smash it and poked a whole through the box...
Inside, the bag was okay. I wish Coach Outlet was mindful about how the bag is wrapped and sealed before delivery or putting it in the package box before it was shipped.
I hope I am not the only customer who has experienced this type of delivery from Coach Outlet.
It is common sense to make sure the bag is wrapped and sealed properly. I wish I was given a dust bag to protect my bag when it is not being used. It would help the quality and cleanliness of the bag.
